The Rayner Single Use Soft-Tipped IOL Injector (R-INJ-04) is designed for the safe and effective implantation of all Rayner injectable IOLs. Incorporating many innovative design features, the Rayner Single Use Soft-Tipped Injector provides for an easy, controlled IOL implantation.
The soft, blue plunger tip, manufactured from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), completely fills the lumen of the nozzle and offers a soft protective interface with the IOL. The loading bay is uniquely designed with an extended “lip” to facilitate loading and the round cross-sectioned nozzle is provided with a parallel-sided distal tip to accommodate individual surgical technique.
Implantation is by a single-handed, continuous smooth movement without the need to advance and retract the plunger.
