How We Support You

  • To best serve our recent go-direct markets we have employed team members who are fluent in German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese
  • Our team makes visits to the Operating Room so we better understand your work environment and your requirements 
  • We pride ourselves on offering the personal touch. All enquiries are handled by a dedicated person who will see your enquiry through to completion 
  • Processes are in place to ensure we capture the core details from every customer interaction (which are then stored and accessible from a central location), making for more informed and smoother conversations, no matter which team member you reach 
  • We know your time is important; that’s why we answer all calls within 3 rings and all emails are responded to within a maximum of 24 hours

Because sometimes, a standard response just won’t do.
We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach; our staff are empowered to make decisions on a case by case basis. We are all highly trained on product, however in the event that we require assistance with a customer query, we have a full team of over 30 technical experts across multiple departments to support us; all situated in the same open-plan office at our Global Headquarters.

How can we continue to improve?
It’s not always the big things which we are looking to improve; some of our most popular changes have been the little tweaks suggested by customers, such as including an estimated response time in our email confirmation.
